What better way to watch Wales play rugby than to have a genuine brew from the Homeland? I chose Delilah because of the description of the drink. It certainly lived up to it's marketing. It was as nice as it was described. A sweetness with a lingering sharpness. I loved it and so did my son.
In a way, I have discovered Tomos Watkin beers as my local. Although we have Harveys brewery, Lewes on my doorstep, Ales from Wales keeps me connected to home. So when Delilah came to England it was with a real sense of hiraeth that I opened the box. If I'm being sentimental it is only because I am proud to be Welsh and Tomos Watkin has become part of that legacy. I love the personal greeting card inside the box too.
