It's been a busy month for us here at the brewery. With the Six Nations championship, St. David's Day and Welsh Beer Week all in the same month, we've been rushed off our feet (and loving it!)
So, what's been going on? Our Marketing Manager, Becky was interviewed for an exciting piece on Wales and women working in the brewing industry for the Brewers Journal (read it here), we also gave you the chance to win a selection of our award-winning Welsh beers through our Instagram competition, and our very own Delilah was chosen to feature in the Wetherspoons Welsh Beer Festival.
But that's not all - Welsh food aficionado Nerys Howell cooked up a storm using our very own beer to make a hearty sausage and leek casserole with DJ Tommo in her local CKs Supermarket (filmed for S4C), and whilst we're on the foodie trail we must mention that the lovely Cwtchitas added our Afan Coffee Espresso Stout into the batter for their new Baja Cauliflower Tacos. Now part of their permanent menu, we can't wait to try these tasty Mexican treats and will be doing so at Basekamp's exclusive launch party next week.
With even more exciting things happening at the brewery in the coming months, it's safe to say we'll have a lot more news to share with you very soon.
