Celebrating UK Sausage Week With Tuckers Butchers

Last week Great Britain celebrated UK Sausage Week (28th October - 3rd November) and to honour it, we headed behind the scenes at Tuckers Butchers in Mumbles, Swansea to have a go at making their new gluten-free pork & cider sausages. Using our famous Taffy Apples cider, these very special limited edition sausages are made by hand by Tuckers' master butcher, Phillip.

Our Marketing Manager, Becky was there to lend a helping hand and get stuck in to the sausage-making herself (although we think maybe she should stick to her day job...)! 

Along with plenty of freshly ground pork and aromatic spices, we poured in a generous splash of Taffy Apples to make these beautifully flavoured bangers, which are available in the Tuckers Butcher shop and online now. 

Tuckers have also created a delicious beef steak & ale tray bake using our dark-and-malty Cwrw Idris and are currently working on another extra special meaty treat using our iconic Swansea Jack beer so watch this space!
